With a long history in clinical practice, I bring a strong medical foundation and a detail-driven approach to everything we do, from advanced aesthetics to whole-body wellness. I take pride in delivering results that look natural, feel empowering, and support your long-term health.

My work is also deeply personal. I’ve walked through my own hormone journey with premature menopause, and I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel “off” and not like yourself. That experience shaped the heart of Oak & Stone: a place where women are heard, supported, and given real answers—especially when it comes to hormones, energy, mood, weight changes, and overall wellness.
