10. Return & Refund Policy (Google Merchant Center Compliant)

10.1 Return Window

We accept returns of eligible unopened retail products within 14 days of the original purchase date.

10.2 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Include all original labels, accessories, or inserts

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

10.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or prepaid packages

  • Skincare or wellness products that have been opened or used

  • Digital products or downloadable items

10.6 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method; Oak & Stone Wellness is not responsible for lost return packages.
